The Restaurant Meal Program provides a lifeline for individuals facing challenges in preparing meals for themselves or lacking access to cooking facilities. This invaluable initiative extends support to elderly, disabled, homeless individuals, and their spouses who receive benefits, enabling them to use their Golden State Advantage (EBT) cards to purchase meals from participating restaurants.

Mama's Kitchen offers a home delivered meal program for individuals that have been diagnosed with a critical illness and are unable to independently prepare their own meals
A referral form must be completed by a medical case manager, medical social worker or provider (MD, NP, PA, RD, RN or LCSW)
